Event: Monster March

Kicks off at 3:45 p.m. at Library with face painting. March starts at 4:00 p.m. in front of the Library, continues down by City Hall, crosses over and heads down to Broad Street and ends at the Performing Arts Center.

Costume Contest - Grand Prize $25 for ages 0-12

Monster March ends around 5:30 p.m.
